Agree
15-minute call. We confirm commission, communication channel, payment method. I send you my partner agreement.

Send clients
When you have a client for Moldova, send me their info on WhatsApp. I confirm capacity within hours, welcome the client in their language, take it from there.

Get paid
Commission paid 7 days after the tour completes. Bank transfer (SEPA, SWIFT), Wise, or cash on a quarterly visit if you're local.

What's the standard commission?
7% of the gross tour price, paid 7 days after the tour completes.
Can I negotiate?
Yes, for high-volume or repeat partners (5+ clients per year). Up to 12%.
Do you have a minimum booking value?
No. Any tour size is welcome. The smaller the booking, the more I appreciate that you sent it rather than handled it yourself.
How fast do you respond?
Inquiries within 24 hours. Active client communication: real-time on WhatsApp during business hours, within a few hours outside.
What if my client wants something not on the website?
Tell me. I run custom days regularly. We quote together.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Not for one-off client referrals. Your WhatsApp message is enough for me to take the booking. For ongoing partnerships I sign a simple agreement so both sides are clear on commission and timing.
What about payment risk?
The client pays me directly. I pay you commission only after the client has completed the tour and is satisfied. You take no payment risk, I take all of it.
